Training for anything in life requires balance, focus and commitment. It is important to understand what a big role your mentality takes in preparing for any event. Life is a compilation of mini marathons, and they each require individual plans and goals. I want to teach you how to re-frame your thinking in a healthy way, where competition is only with yourself. It is important to make small realistic goals, that will lead you to your ultimate goal. It is important to learn to focus on yourself and not drain energy on others and their moves.Often we try to fill our plate with everything at once. This creates pressure and stress that leads to burn out and ultimately failure. This failure is typically because were overwhelmed, not because were incapable. Together we will learn to succeed and become the powerhouse you’ve always been.
